FAQ

Below are some frequently asked questions. If you have a question that isn't answered, feel free to get in touch by clicking here.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We will ship to anywhere with an address.

Can I pay in a different currency?

Yes! The site will convert your payment from your local currency, so you don't have to do anything different.

I didn’t receive a dispatch confirmation!

Our site is run by Big Cartel who don’t send out emails confirming delivery. As long as you went through the checkout and saw the order confirmation screen, your order will have been received and will be sent out within 48 hours.

How long will my order take to get here?

That depends on where you are. UK orders are usually there within a week. Packages going overseas can take 2-3 weeks. Please allow extra time around Christmas as the postal service is under a lot of strain at that time of year.

What if my order hasn’t arrived in this time?

These are average times, so your order may still be on its way. However if it does get lost in the post, we will send you a replacement.

Royal Mail will accept something to be lost in the post after 15 working days for UK orders, 20 working days for European orders, or 25 working days for anywhere else. We have to wait at least this long before sending out any replacements, so we can claim the compensation on the original package.

Get in touch here if you think an order has been lost in the post. Please include your order number in the message.

My order has arrived but there is a problem!

If you find something is missing or damaged in your order, let us know here. Again, remember to include your order number in the message.

Can I join your label?

Probably not. We are a group of friends and don't have the resources to expand beyond that at this time. However we're always happy to listen to new music, so feel free to send links to your stuff via the contact form or on twitter. :)
